A Pacific Northwest native and certified sun-lover, Sean Ross transitioned to the east side of the Cascades and settled in Bend full-time in 2022. After 8 years in the Outdoor Industry, where he managed key accounts for high growth sporting goods brands, Sean shifted to residential real estate in 2023. Sean brings a competitive spirit and strong network to Team McGlone. A bit of an empath, Sean prides himself on bringing a calming presence to the broker-client relationship and looks forward to helping you strategically reach your real estate goals.
When he is not working, you will find Sean exploring one of the many trails here in Central Oregon, snowboarding at Mt. Bachelor, spending time with friends and family, or coaching basketball.
