I could write an entire case study on how fantastic it was working with Sofia and Ryan with McGlone Property Group (Cascade Hasson Southeby's). Initially we were referred by family and friends, which gave us very high expectations but we didn't realize exactly how positive an experience we were in for. Especially as first time home buyers.
From start to finish - even as newly met strangers over the phone, Sofia took us through everything she needed to know about our budget, needs, wants, and future plans for a home, not a house :). It felt like she didnt miss a single question and was able to take us through the whole process at a high level and breaking down any further questions we had at a granular level. Suffice to say we never felt ill-informed.
When we finally were able to start touring houses Sofia put up with our Goldie lox type temperament and never lost patience with us when a fit clearly was not a fit. She worked hard to take us to neighbor hoods that were a fit for what we were looking for in a local community and had us try out different areas to challenge us as well, which was greatly appreciated. When we didnt like a location, or changed our minds about a specific item that we thought was a deal breaker, Sofia took in stride and pivoted immediately. We never felt pressured into a home and once we did find a right fit we moved so quickly and in lockstep that we never felt out of the loop or in limbo. Truly, it was a great experience. In the final stages when Ryan got involved it was the exact same experience that we had with Sofia.
